Off the Record is an unedited, unpublished manuscript being released in real time on Substack every Wednesday.

The first four chapters and commenting are open to all readers. After that, the velvet rope goes up, and the story continues for paid subscribers.

This is a work of fiction inspired by real events and experiences within the fashion industry, including my own and those shared with me over the years. It is not a memoir. The characters are fictional and are not intended to represent me or any specific individual.

For storytelling purposes, characters, dialogue, scenes, and timelines have been created, combined, and fictionalized. Some characters are composites, and certain events have been altered, expanded, or reimagined.
